Say Thank you
Task: Encourage your child get in the habit of writing “Thank You” notes for gifts or whenever it is appropriate to do so. Ask your child to think of 2 or 3 people they would like to thank and have them make and decorate thank you cards.
You can make simple thank you cards using paper, pencils, crayons, paint, ribbons, seeds or anything else you have on hand. We used silver card paper and layered shiny blue paper on top. We used foam letters to spell out the words and added a small paper pinwheel attached with a paper fastener so it can spin.
After a crazy few weeks celebrating Christmas and more recently, Annabelle’s 4th birthday, showing appreciation to our loved ones is what it’s all about.
